Since 2001, Stepping Stones has been a Private Proprietary School that has trained thousands of Certified Nursing Assistants in the West Michigan Area. We strive for excellence in providing Healthcare Training as a way of giving back to our community and those who once cared for us. Our focus is on quality training with the ultimate goal of providing comfort and care to the most vulnerable in our community; our elders! We achieve this by providing a program that develops students into well-trained Nursing Assistants that are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and provide care to the elders in a dignified and respectful manner.

Our Program

We offer a state-approved certified nurse aide (CNA) training program with day and evening classes available to fit any busy schedule. Our course is 3-weeks long and upon successful completion, our graduates receive a certificate acknowledging they have met all State and Federal guidelines for the state of Michigan. The certificate allows the graduate to work in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare establishments. Furthermore, completing the course successfully qualifies the graduate to take the state exam to become a certified evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA) and to have their name entered on the state registry.
